The Tourism Summit of Vojvodina was created as an incentive for progress and networking of the
private and public sector in the territory of Vojvodina region, by the citizens association Center for
Educational Development Novi Sad, agencies BIT Events and Explore Travel, which deal with the
promotion and improvement of tourism in the territory of Vojvodina region. The summit was held on 9 th
and 10 th of June 2022, in the MASTER Congress Center at the Novi Sad Fair, with exceptional
encouragement and training for employees in the tourism industry of the entire Vojvodina, and
therefore of the Republic of Serbia. The importance of the summit was recognized by the Provincial
Secretariat for Economy and Tourism, the Provincial Secretariat for Regional Development, Interregional
Cooperation and Local Self-Government, the City Administration for the Economy of the City of Novi
Sad, the Chamber of Commerce of Vojvodina, and the Faculty of Science. During the two-day summit
program, we dealt with the following topics:
Eminent experts in the field of tourism in Vojvodina addressed the above topics, and the program is
complete with 2 workshops and a Vojvodina evening. Participation in the first Tourism Summit Vojvodina was occupied by 200 participants, and the dates for next year have been announced – June 8th and 9th 2023, in Inđija!
